Food Relationship Builder™ Steven Boss

I've been exploring what I call The Foodverse™ for over seven decades.  My earliest tastes remain lively in my memory.  They were the smells and flavors of everyday meals created with love in my grandmother's and mother's kitchens.

I have had the good fortune to enjoy food grown, nurtured, and set on tables by loving home cooks In the United States and Europe. Also, I've dined in some of the finest restaurants and neighborhood spots.

Life as an everyday home cook informs me.

I'm not an expert, nutritionist, dietician, doctor, health coach, or scientist.

I'm a builder. Each person's food/lifestyle journey is unique. I offer a vastly different perspective based on observation, experience, study, travel, and a personal relationship with many small organic growers whose products I imported from Italy.

Also, for 17 years, I have hosted Great Taste. In this weekly radio program (for many years, a live cooking show), I chat with cookbook authors, food producers, journalists, chefs, and others striving to inform listeners about each individual's power to create a more tasty, abundant, diverse, healthy, and regenerative world.

The Need for a New Healthy Paradigm

As my friend Matt Steigerwald says, "Food is important."

Unfortunately, diet and lifestyle advice omit crucial elements. The conversations are dominated by words like bludgeons: diet, ozempic, calories, fats, carbohydrates, protein, superfoods, keto, vegan, paleo, and more.

In The Foodverse™ community, we focus on a distinctly different vocabulary:
Love, joy, consciousness, intention, self-empowerment, informed understanding™, attention, and deliciousness.

I inspire people to build a nurturing, fun, and delicious relationship with food.

The prime objective is empowering you to create and optimize your food journey, leading to a more vibrant, longer, and delicious life characterized by physical balance, mental agility, and emotional resiliency.

Come along with me on an inspirational, fun, and tasty ride. I'll post new material every week. The format may vary, including writing, videos, and audio.

Let me know if there is anything specific you'd appreciate finding in this space.

Finally, each of us is interconnected, and I want to use my passion to encourage everyone to live a healthier, joyous food life.

The final on-site week ensures that each participant has forged their own Healthy Paradigm.

This blend of on-site and remote sessions ensures continuous support and flexibility, accommodating busy schedules while fostering a profound, lasting transformation.

The goal is that at the end of the month, each team member will have experienced a paradigm shift in their approach to food, wellness, and lifestyle, resulting in a more engaged, active, healthier, and more productive life.
